Traders are rated across six categories, including punctuality, cleanliness and value, and are awarded a star rating of up to five stars which allows you to see, at a glance, how others rate the service that they received. In addition to the star rating, reviewers are invited to give a written review to provide more details about the nature of work and their overall opinion.
