Flooring Genie is a flooring installer with over 35 years of experience in the trade.

Flooring needs to be appropriate for its room and use: businesses often need heavier duty flooring, and flooring in kitchens and bathrooms needs to be water-resistant. Flooring Genie is highly experienced in floor installation and we have installed countless floors for customers in Ilford and the surrounding area.

We know which floors are best suited to different areas and are on hand to help you to get the balance between functionality, durability and aesthetics. Each of Flooring Genie’s fitters are qualified and experienced in floor installation and we encourage continual professional development in order to maintain the high standards of which we are so proud.

"The trader came round and quoted for the job using his own measurements, promising to start within 10 working days of receiving a 50% deposit. His quote specified Cloud 9 underlay. He agreed to start during the “second week” of December (later than the 10 days). He eventually arrived on Friday 13th December at 6pm (!) to start the job (after promising to arrive in the morning). He brought a cheaper, less dense underlay for the job, but made a small adjustment to the quote. He left the job unfinished, departing at 8:30pm. After chasing, he begrudgingly sent a team one week later to finish the job. The new team walked out on the job because there was not enough carpet material to finish the work. Also the underlay they used for the rest of the job appeared to be a mismatched section’s. It is now 2+ weeks since the job started and it is still outstanding. He promised he would come this morning to finish, but no-showed. I regret selecting his firm for this job."

Ross - Image 1 "Colin replaced our old carpet for new and also lino in the kitchen and entrance. I was very happy with the work he did and cleaned up after he finished. I would highly recommend Colin for your flooring needs. Thanks again"
